Professional experience	The general manager of Yangzhou University (Changshu) Modern Agricultural Development Research Institute Co., Ltd. Presided over (or participated in) the national grain high-yield project, the National Development and Reform Commission's commodity grain base construction project, and over 10 projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Provincial Science and Technology Department and other national and provincial projects. As the main accomplisher, won 5 scientific and technological achievements awards, among which “Key Technology Integration Research and Industrialization Demonstration of Pollution-free Quality Rice Production” won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Education, “Innovative Application of Rice Leaf Age Model” won the first prize of the the Jiangsu Agricultural Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Award, “Key Technology for Quality Rice Production” won the second and third prizes of Suzhou Science and Technology Progress. Won the Yangzhou University Classroom Teaching Quality Award, the most popular teacher of Yangzhou University, the outstanding teacher of Yangzhou University, and the honorary title of Yangzhou City Education, Culture, and Health System Model.
