
男,1977年7月出生,山东省阳信县人,中共党员,教授、博士生导师,现任校人事处副处长。入选江苏省杰出青年基金(2015)、江苏省优秀博士学位论文(2009)、江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人(2017)、扬州大学高端人才支持计划(拔尖人才成长计划,2014)、扬州大学科技先锋(2015)。
2000年毕业于山东莱阳农学院,获农学学士学位;2003年6月毕业于扬州大学作物遗传育种专业,获农学硕士并留校任教。2008年6月毕业于扬州大学作物遗传育种专业,获农学博士学位。2009年和2014年先后2次赴美国East Carolina大学(黄锦岭教授实验室)开展博士后和访问学者研究。
从事本科生《生物统计与试验设计》和《常用统计分析软件的应用》,研究生《数据分析与软件应用》等课程的教学工作;主编《SPSS农业试验数据分析实用教程》教材1部,参编《生物信息学》和《生物统计与试验设计》教材2部;主讲的课程《生物统计与试验设计》先后入选国家精品课程(2010)和国家精品资源共享课(2016);曾获江苏省优秀教学成果奖二等奖(2017,第5)、江苏省优秀本科毕业论文指导教师(2016)、校优秀教学奖(2013、2016、2018)、校优秀教学成果奖二等奖(2013)、校优秀本科毕业论文指导教师(2014、2015)等;指导本科生获“挑战杯”全国大学生课外科技学术作品竞赛一等奖一项(2015)。
从事作物分子进化和玉米功能基因组学的研究工作,主持国家自然科学基金、973项目子课题、江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省高校自然科学研究重大项目等多项研究工作;在Nature Communications、New Phytologist、Molecular Biology and Evolution等刊物发表SCI论文30多篇;申请发明专利2项;获得教育部自然科学二等奖1项(2012,第5)、扬州大学佰亿科技奖自然科学一等奖(2016)等。
主要研究进展包括:(1)以进化基因组学与分子生物学方法相结合,揭示了水平基因转移等进化机制对陆生植物起源和进化的影响,并阐明了多个基因的生物学功能及在农作物基因工程育种中的应用价值;(2)建立了基于生物信息学对植物重要基因家族进行分子进化研究的技术体系,系统阐述了主要农作物产量和品质相关多个基因家族的分子进化规律;(3)结合对目的基因分子进化和遗传解析,对主要水稻和玉米多个产量和品质相关关键基因进行了功能鉴定和优异等位变异挖掘,为在分子设计育种中加以应用奠定了基础。
