
刘国栋,男,山东日照人。博士,助理研究员(校聘副教授),硕士生导师。江南大学食品科学与工程专业学士(2007.09-2011.06),江南大学食品科学与工程专业博士(2011.09-2017.12),美国罗格斯大学联合培养博士(2016.01-2017.01)。江南大学优秀博士学位论文获得者,扬州市“绿杨金凤”人才计划。主持或参与江苏省自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后基金面上项目、扬州市“绿杨金凤”优秀博士资助项目、扬州大学高层次人才科研启动基金、国家重点研发计划、国家自然基金等。在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Journal of Controlled Release、Food Hydrocolloids、Carbohydrate Polymers、作物学报、中国粮油学报等国内外主流期刊发表论文20余篇,申请专利6项。担任Food Hydrocolloids、Lwt-Food Science and Technology、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Chemistry等国际主流期刊审稿人。主要针对水稻种质资源、栽培措施研究稻米优质食味品质、香味品质、加工品质及稻米产品开发与应用等。
